Fridley School Board 

The Board welcomes and encourages communications from district residents. Communication may take the form of personal or written contacts with members of the Board or the district administration. School districts rely on state and local funding to support and maintain their schools. On November 5, 2019, Fridley Public Schools will ask its community to approve an operational referendum. Funds from operational levies are used to support academic programs for students, staffing and student support services such as social emotional learning and mental health services.

Each year, the Fridley-Columbia Heights Rotarians visit the classrooms of Stevenson and Hayes Elementary Schools to deliver a special gift - dictionaries for every third grader at Fridley Public Schools.

Fridley Public Schools is hosting a second Operating Levy Referendum Informational Meeting on October 23, 2019. Parents and community members are invited to attend this free event to learn more about the operating levy.

On Wednesday, October 23, all Fridley Public Schools students and staff are encouraged to wear orange in support of Unity Day and bullying prevention.

Fridley High School celebrated its homecoming week from October 7-11, 2019 which featured spirit dress-up days, a pep fest and coronation, and a Fridley Tigers football win!
